Could be better
The rates Fleming & Mitchell Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

My experience with Fleming & Mitchell Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Fleming & Mitchell Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
