Poor communication
My biggest issue with Flagship Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Flagship Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Flagship Insurance Brokers. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
