Insurance made simple
As a newcomer to Airdrie, Flagship Insurance Agency made getting auto and tenant insurance incredibly simple. They explained the requirements in Alberta clearly.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Flagship Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
