Responsive and caring

I appreciate that Fisher Risk Management shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Fisher Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Fisher Risk Management. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Fisher Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
