Lost my documents
Fisher Insurance Ltd. lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Fisher Insurance Ltd.. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Amazing customer service

Room for improvement
Fisher Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
