Could be better
The rates Fisher & Holmes Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Room for improvement
Fisher & Holmes Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
