Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Financier Assurances Inc.. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Financier Assurances Inc. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
Financier Assurances Inc. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Pretty good
Financier Assurances Inc. helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.
