Could be better
The rates Fidelite Solutions d'Assurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fidelite Solutions d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
