Helpful staff
The staff at Fidelite Courtage were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Fidelite Courtage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Lost my documents
Fidelite Courtage lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fidelite Courtage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
