Website says within 2 business days for a response for a quote. Tried to reach out multiple different times and no one ever contacted me back. If you need home insurance, look elsewhere, chances are they won't respond before closing.

They are definitely not interested in looking after you 15 minutes before closing time. The First Lady I sat down with said well I’m going over to the other store now, so okay I moved over to the next chair. But the older lady there certainly did have enough time to keep repeating to me how long it was going take to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to insure my truck in my name and then in my wife’s name, so that I could make my decision who’s name it would go in and then buy my insurance. She also did say,,so what are you going to do if you decide to put it in your wife’s name and she’s not here. I said well then I would come back tomorrow but instead I left because I was obviously an inconvenience for her and I went to Western Financial where it wasn’t a problem for them to give me both prices and then I bought my insurance there. It took a total of 15 minutes!!! I think someone needs to retire or go to customer service training!! Part 2. Well its been many months since I was at the 1st street location and seeing as how its nearby I thought I would do my business there today and it was a nice day so I biked down there. When I arrived I opened the door a bit and asked the younger fellow at the far desk if its ok if I bring my bike inside because it was expensive and I was afraid someone may steal it. Before he could even answer me an older lady right by the door yelled out there's no room in here for a bike it will be in everyones way, as there was one customer in the office at the time. I closed the door and left, then biked over to Phillips Insurance and I asked them if I can bring my bike inside and the lady said yes I could. Then the manager came over and asked if I would like to bring my bike right inside, instead of just between the two sets of doors because there was a guy there just the other day that had his bike sitting right outside the window where they could see it and someone came along and jumped on it and left. I can't say how much I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the people working there. I think the Ficek lady could stand to get some of their training. I
