Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Ferguson & Jackson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Ferguson & Jackson Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Does the job

Slow and unresponsive
