Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Ferguson Insurance Brokers. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ferguson Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Ferguson Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Reliable broker
Been with Ferguson Insurance Brokers for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Ferguson Insurance Brokers. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Ferguson Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
