FairWater Insurance Group offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with FairWater Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Solid broker

FairWater Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good broker

FairWater Insurance Group took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Could be better

The rates FairWater Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Insurance made simple

As a newcomer to Milton, FairWater Insurance Group made getting auto and tenant insurance incredibly simple. They explained the requirements in Ontario clearly.

Good value

I appreciate that FairWater Insurance Group shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.
