Good value
I appreciate that FairGrove Insurance Agency shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from FairGrove Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Pretty good

Reliable broker
