Disappointing experience

I was disappointed with FairGate Brokerage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Multi-policy savings

Combined our home, auto, and cottage insurance through FairGate Brokerage. The multi-policy discount was substantial and managing everything through one broker is so convenient.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with FairGate Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
