It got the job done and my insurance is up and running, flawlessly and quickly which is why my review has 3 stars. Would have been 5 easily if the agent would have taken a few minutes out of his time to go over my insurance and ask if I would like to make any changes or add any additional coverage. By the time I was going to speak up everything was printed and I gave up and signed. I also felt pressured to leave because the customer service was cold. No smile, nothing. Like talking to a robot. The guy beside me had a great agent so maybe it was just my luck. Adding that this is not my usual insurance company as I deal with Friesens at Southland Mall. I went to the closest agency to me as I didn't have a valid license or insurance.

Have dealt with this office for my insurance needs over a number of years. Always great service. Today, Bill Fehr went above and beyond! My daughter had a technicality with MPI regarding her identification. He took the time to call MPI on our behalf and came up with a solution. Really shows they don't just sell insurance but truly take care of all your insurance needs. Winkler and the region is fortunate to have offices that provide this level of service!
