Had a bad experience with Excel Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Lost my documents

Excel Insurance Group lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
