Slow and unresponsive
Excel Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

The rates Excel Financial & Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Okay but not great

Helpful but slow
