Wonderful experience

Okay but not great
Used Evans & Jones Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Solid broker
Evans & Jones Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Room for improvement
Evans & Jones Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Five stars all around
