Family business feel
Evans Insurance Services has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Evans Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Evans Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
