Called for a quote, highest rate I found. When I mentioned ths the respose was tepid at best, kept trying to discourage the sale by mentioning I would have to pay the annual rate in full. Despite having been clearly informed this was not an issue from the beginning of the conversation. Can;t imagine having to call when I actually need something, will be getting my insurance elsewhere.

I moved out of the province and requested a claims experience letter to get insurance in another area. I spoke with my broker who told me she would send me the letter as soon as she received it because my insurance was expiring and I needed it before that happened. She went on vacation without forwarding my case to anyone or letting me know. I contacted the insurer and they told me the email was sent to her, but that she would need to forward to me as they can’t do that. Needless to say, I’m paying hundreds more than necessary for insurance because of very poor customer service.

When you call Action Insurance a live human answers the phone and then directs you to your agent, who also answers the phone. If they’re not available they give you options to leave a voice mail, email or message. They get back timely, and are always so sweet to deal with.

Kayla Squires is amazing, had some trouble after some hardship and she was always there to help, she replies immediately and will always help anyway she can, I could ask for a better Insurance Broker will definitely be a customer of hers for life.

MM is the only agent here I have dealt with, but if the others are as good as she is, then they're a great bunch. MM is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. She responds to emails in a timely fashion and is a very pleasant lady. She's TOTALLY worth the ten extra dollars (inside joke... she'll get it :p )
