Reliable broker
Been with Equitable Insurance Solutions for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Equitable Insurance Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful staff

Room for improvement
