Top notch broker

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Equitable Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Equitable Insurance Brokers walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Equitable Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
Equitable Insurance Brokers helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Newmarket. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Reliable broker
