Slow and unresponsive
Envision Risk Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
Envision Risk Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Envision Risk Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Envision Risk Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
