Could be better
The rates Empire Financial & Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Empire Financial & Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Fair pricing
Empire Financial & Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.
