Incredible! Brad was always quick to respond to my messages, he was on time for any meetings we had booked and always took the time to answer my questions. Brad looked through quotes from other providers and explained the pros and cons of each option I was given and gave recommendations that made sense for me. I never felt like he was trying to make a quick sale or put any kind of pressure on me to make a purchase. The coverage I now have through Brad is actually better coverage for significantly less than I was quoted from any other competitors. It was by chance that Brad and I connected while shopping around for disability insurance, but after working with him I decided to move other coverages to him as well because of how well he worked for me. I have already, and will continue to recommend Brad to my friends and family.
