Slow and unresponsive
Elm Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
Elm Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good value

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Elm Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

The rates Elm Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
