Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Elliott & Richardson Insurance was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Elliott & Richardson Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Elliott & Richardson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
Elliott & Richardson Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Windsor. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
