Solid broker
Elliott & Co. Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Lost my documents
Elliott & Co. Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Wonderful experience

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Elliott & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Elliott & Co. Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
