Slow and unresponsive
Edwards & Palmer Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Edwards & Palmer Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Room for improvement
Edwards & Palmer Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Great for home insurance
