Okay but not great
Used Edwards & MacLean Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Edwards & MacLean Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Edwards & MacLean Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
