Amazing customer service
The staff at Edwards Insurance Brokers are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Edwards Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Edwards Insurance Brokers. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Edwards Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Edwards Insurance Brokers. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Edwards Insurance Brokers last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.
