First off I would give 0 stars but you are required to leave at least 1.... Terrible service, useless staff. Have to follow up over and over and over and over and then get half of what you ask for. Happily found a new company!

First time getting auto insurance and it has been a far easier experience then I expected. Very professional and great service was able to get me a far cheaper quote then I was expecting thank you so much

If I can give 0 stars I would. Exchanged 34 emails and a phone call to obtain a home insurance quote. 2 days later - no quote and only excuses as how it is difficult to insure town homes. Ended up calling 3 places myself and getting quotes within 10 minutes. Don't waste your time going through this brokerage. Very incompetent staff. EDIT: In response to the "response from owner below", it would have been nice to receive that response by email. Instead, the owner, Ryan, emailed several times bashing other insurance companies and justifying why they did not bother obtaining any quotes at all. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

Worked with Brian for a a number of years. Always happy with his attention to detail and customer care. Highly recommend.
