Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Edwards & Gilbert Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Edwards & Gilbert Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Lost my documents
