Average experience
My experience with Edwards & Co. Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Edwards & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Edwards & Co. Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Amazing customer service

Slow and unresponsive
Edwards & Co. Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
