Good broker
Edwards & Associates Insurance took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Edwards & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Edwards & Associates Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Room for improvement
Edwards & Associates Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Lost my documents
