Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Edwards & Associates Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Five stars all around
Switched to Edwards & Associates Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Could be better
The rates Edwards & Associates Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Highly recommend

Slow and unresponsive
Edwards & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
