Important Personal Experience – Use Caution with EasyInsure In my personal experience, EasyInsure turned out to be a highly risky broker. My insurance premium was increased by almost four times without any prior consultation or agreement with me, which caused me serious financial stress and confusion. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when considering EasyInsure as a broker. In my opinion, their actions can potentially result in significant financial harm if not handled carefully.

I obtained insurance through this broker(Veerpal Brar) in 2024. Before cancelling my policy due to moving to Alberta, I confirmed all details and was never informed of any mid-term cancellation fees. Over a year later, I was surprised to learn that I supposedly owed money and that the amount had been sent to collections, which can affect my credit history. This was never communicated to me at the time. When I contacted the broker for clarification, the explanation changed, and I was told there was no audio proof, despite my confirmation with her. Very poor communication and lack of transparency. I would not recommend using this broker.

I had a first-class experience with Jiulia Soresi at EasyInsure. She walked me through my choices and followed up via both email and phone. As a result, my issue was resolved easily and far faster than I had initially expected. Thanks again!
