Poor communication
My biggest issue with EastView Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Decent service

Helpful but slow
The broker at EastView Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
