Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about EastRidge Insurance Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Lost my documents

Good overall experience

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from EastRidge Insurance Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
