Could be better
The rates EastMount Insurance Advisors found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with EastMount Insurance Advisors. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from EastMount Insurance Advisors. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
