Room for improvement
EastGrove Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about EastGrove Brokerage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Does the job
