Slow and unresponsive
EastGlen Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Could be better
The rates EastGlen Insurance Brokers found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at EastGlen Insurance Brokers was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to EastGlen Insurance Brokers last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.
