Lost my documents
EastGate Insurance Services lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Room for improvement

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through EastGate Insurance Services. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about EastGate Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
