Reliable broker
Been with EastField Insurance Agency for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about EastField Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
EastField Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
