Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Eastern Brokerage last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Okay but not great
Used Eastern Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Does the job
Eastern Brokerage helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Vancouver. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Slow and unresponsive
Eastern Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
