Good value
I appreciate that EastDale Insurance Group shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with EastDale Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Slow and unresponsive
EastDale Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
