Solid broker
EastDale Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Smooth transition

Poor communication
My biggest issue with EastDale Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
