Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from EastBridge Insurance Partners. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used EastBridge Insurance Partners for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Slow and unresponsive
EastBridge Insurance Partners was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
