Good value
I appreciate that Eagle Risk Solutions shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Slow and unresponsive
Eagle Risk Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Could be better
The rates Eagle Risk Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Eagle Risk Solutions. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
